More embedding options?

Is there any way (that doesn't cost money) to add more embedding options? So many things we try to share are increasingly on other forms of media that we can't embed. I'd love to see facebook video (which seems to be broken, but listed, probably FB's fault), twitter, instagram, vine, etc.

And maybe username tagging as well?

Agreed. Surely even $5 each would cover most licences for stuff we want?
