Seems like there is now a club feature as part of the friends list. Have just started looking at it, so I'' not sure what all the features of it are, but it seems like it might expand your players available list greatly.

But I think the general idea is to find new groups that play the games and style you're looking for, more than just making a group of people you're already friends with (aka what I just did for us).

The PS4 has had groups for ages, where anyone can join a group (or many different groups) based on any game or genre. Someone added me to an Aussies-only SW Battlefront group. I got annoyed with the regular notifications and left.
