But yeah. They're probably 1,000,000+ so that the manufacturers get a bit of commission every time a GT player buys one. :p Sadly, i suspect one day this will actually be true (maybe not with GT, but still).
I am still racing every week. I do keep up with things somewhat. They haven't made a dime off me even though I have most of them. There is one car that there was a choice between 2 versions. Think it was the Mercedes, got to check.
Okay, I got my original PS3 fixed and transferred all of its data over to my slim PS3, and I literally bought GT6 two days ago. I'm downloading TEN updates for it now...what else do I need to know? I'm going to see about sifting through this thread, for starters.

Hey, do you need three PS3's to run triple screen? Or is there a way to do it on one?
I don't know, but I can tell you that the update is finally here. Can't wait to try the new track, but other than that...

Seriously digging the new track. Was able to gold the one with the 500 without much trouble, not so much the other two. The AI cars are pathetically stupid, as usual, which leads to inevitable collisions as they drive into my rear 1/4 as I pass, or they brake crazy early, or just change lanes on a straightaway as I prepare to overtake. That being said, I'm having a total blast with the GTO, despite the fact that I can only manage to barely get bronze so far.
I like the new quick race feature, not having to sift through rooms that are all 'cruise', show off your cheesy rims, or boring drag racing.
