Hackers will be onto this the instant it comes out. I'd say within 24 hours they'll have figured out a way to load the entire back catalogue of NES ROMs onto it, unless the hardware has some crazy DRM bullshit going on but for the price why would Nintendo bother with that?Quote:

The kicker there is that it has a slot to load original cartridges.
I'l still get the Mini NES over that, however.

I never owned a Genesis (I had a Game Gear though)....would be interesting to go and play those games again.
Maybe Nintendo will change their minds and add more games to the mini-NES now
I don't think Nintendo worries about anything that Sega does anymore.
That Megadrive/Genesis thing isn't a new thing at all. In fact it's been out for ages and is a buggy mess apparently.
