You'll need to submit at a minimum:
Requested user name
A valid email address for the confirmation email
The name of the third forum from the top of the page
If you don't see a confirmation email after a while, or receive any other communication from me, check your spam folder!

Doesn't seem like it'd be much of an issue.
When is the last time we had a legitimate new member? It seems like we've all known each other for 15 years.
A half-dozen folks from GTBN was the last real influx. A couple randoms since then, only one of which has actually posted.
We are still getting trickles of previous members, too. kmatt registered recently, for example.
I'm testing opening registration back up--not that anyone has asked to register in a long while, other than Ashie.
