I removed the stupid horn. In the process, I found the rattle. One of the bolts holding on the engine guards was loose, allowing the guard to rattle. We also discovered there are a couple of bolts missing from the plastic body bits. There are other indications that the previous owner disassembled the body panels. I hope he did not mess anything else up. :|
