It's good innit? I'd seen most of this 15 years ago in a huge book about the art of Star Wars. Might have been called The Illustrated Star Wars Universe.
It's cool now because they're using a bunch of his stuff from the 70s to populate the new trilogy with new designs, such as the sleeker X-Wings and the spherical astro droid. Even Star Wars Rebels is using some stuff; the concept Snowtrooper helmet design is now an Imperial officer academy training helmet.

I'm gooder.
It is signed by Ralph McQuarrie and is a limited edition of 2500 but it doesn't appear to be worth all that much. Around $100-150.
