I really miss the practice mode. Learning certain parts of difficult songs is really hard when you can't just try that part and slow it down. But allegedly it's on its way. As are setlists, which I also miss, especially since you can't just select one of your album downloads to play straight through.
Also, I'd love a PC version.

This week's DLC is just opening up the pre-order bonus songs to people who didn't pre-order. $1.99 per song, or $14.99 for the whole pack of 30. Most (all) of the songs are by bands that have current or former Harmonix employees in them. A lot of them were on previous Rock Band games too, so this really isn't particularly exciting.
Anarchy Club - Blood Doll
Anarchy Club - Get Clean
Bang Camaro - Pleasure (Pleasure)
Bang Camaro - Push Push (Lady Lightning)
Bang Camaro - Night Lies
Lodger - Blanks
Breaking Wheel - Shoulder to the Plow
Count Zero - Shake
Death of the Cool - Can't Let Go
DnA's Evolution - The Heist
Father Octopus - Blink
Freezepop - Brainpower
Freezepop - Get Ready 2 Rokk
Freezepop - Less Talk More Rokk
Freezepop - Super Sprode
Giant Target - Signs
Honest Bob and the Factory to Dealer Incentives - I Get By
Honest Bob and the Factory to Dealer Incentives - Entangled
Megasus - Megasus
Speck - Conventional Lover
Symbion Project - Synthesized (Inside Your Mind Mix)
That Handsome Devil - Rob the Prez-O-Dent
The Acro-brats - Day Late Dollar Short
The Main Drag - A Jagged Gorgeous Winter
The Main Drag - Don't Let Me Down (Slowly)
The Main Drag - What's Your Favorite Dinosaur?
Tijuana Sweetheart - No Mercy
Tijuana Sweetheart - Seven
Tijuana Sweetheart - Trash Candy
Tribe - Outside

Setlists are definitely out. Also noticed that in career mode your overdrive no longer carries over between songs, presumably because they let you post leaderboard scores from there now. Main menu has been shaken up a bit too, now the default choice is to just go and play a song.
At any rate, new DLC as well, and it's making me feel old because I don't know who any of these people are.
The Weekend - The Hills
Twenty One Pilots - Stressed Out
DNCE - Cake by the Ocean

On a more positive note, Harmonix saw a thread on Reddit and had the idea implemented about a week later. The store now has a "Last Call" section that lists songs that will soon be removed from the store.
