First collision in the FiST...yay? Hit a coyote just outside Angel's Camp going about 50mph (me, not the coyote). Initial damage estimate looks like fender liner, fog light (gone, vaporized), whatever else is plastic behind that corner, and--unfortunately--one of the passenger side headlight housing clips, which means a new $120 housing.
Hosing the blood splat off my pass wheel was great.

Fucking coyotes... they're nowhere this aggressive back east. Just found out a friend's dog got attacked by one and barely survived.
They are dangerous in the Midwest, known to attack people.
Starting to see them around the outskirts of town here. Never seen them before the last year or two.
