It's got a cold tick that I can't decide if it is lifter noise or a small exhaust leak.
"SERVICE 4WD" came up on the dash yesterday--joy. tsg's TEC-2 says it's the transfer case encoder, a common problem that is relatively easy to fix. Particularly since I need to pull the transfer case to inspect it for pump rub.
