yeah it’s a custom extension set from Amazon. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I also used some 180’ fittings on the graphics card to hide the power leads there too.
You nutter. Congrats.
I'm still running a 6500 at work and a 6700K at home. Chillin', as it were...
I’ve got a few spare 1-2TB WD 3.5 HDD if if anyone needs some extra storage.
The most infamous PC builder on youtube (the Verge's Stefan Etienne) gets redemption from Linus Tech Tips
I honestly stopped watching all this shit (Linus/Jay2Z) once I bought my last batch. I don't want to be depressed on how what I just spent (I think, $4000?) is out of date in 6 months. But then I realize, that people still can't get GPUs, because bots and scalpers are fucking scum.
I still need to get the 4000Mhz RAM thing sorted out on my mob, 6 months in...Get with it Gigabyte. Although, I seriously doubt I'd really notice any tangible difference. Hell, I haven't even ran any winmark/benches on it, which I usually do a before (old PC) and after (new) to estimate what the % gain:cost ratio is. Maybe I just don't give a fuck anymore. Shit, if 3090s were SLI-able, I'd probably just do that, because "why the fuck not"

You do realise that you can do this with the NV Link bridge
Not that any sane person would want to, the amount of heat just one puts out is quite frankly astonishing. Measured power draw at the wall for my system can push 600W if benching, not seen anything that high in a long time. The SLI 780's I had under water could get up to 750W. Thankfully my 3090 FE seems to respond well to under volting.
Yes, 3090s are the only 3xxx cards that can be used with Nvlink.
No, don't do it.
LOL
