Yeah. Still haven't finished God of War on my PS4 and I am still using a 2007 Panasonic 1080p plasma without HDR. So why should I rush out to buy a PS5, other than the controller being next-level for *(currently) basketball games that I don't play?

Yeah, me too.... I never EVER thought I'd spend $1800 on a GPU (EVGA FTW Ultra Gaming), but it will be the last one for a long, long time.

Couple of things:

1. Why don’t more shops employ a queueing system for high demand products like this?

2. You’ll be one of the few people able to play CP2077 at the minimum acceptable spec

3. Just looking at eBay there are a few buy it now listings for 3070 FEs at reasonable prices… $1000AUD is the ballpark price for 3rd party cards at retail. But, I shall not be tempted. I’m going to wait 2 years then upgrade, upgrade, upgrade.

Yeah, the bench test with a 3090 and 4k are pretty brutal. It's Crysis 2020.

We will be hearing a lot of "Can it run Cyberpunk" in the next few years.

Although I suspect the game will scale across hardware improvements better in the next decade than Crysis did in the last decade.

Researching motherboards now....

Also trying to make the choice of 16GB RAM or 32. Have had 32 on the last 3 PCs I've built, but this tome would be $600 for 32GB (aiming high with 4000Mhz this time). I'm researching RAM as well, on that note. Maybe I can find some 3200/3600 and overclock it to 4000 and save a couple hundred.
