I should buy it too.

I have purchased a cheapo "gaming" laptop, in anticipation of Baldur's Gate 3 releasing.
Because I'm a massive D&D nerd, and this seems relevant to my interests. Particularly so, as it appears that it is being build by nerds, for nerds.

Yakuza 0 is great.
Anyone playing Genshin Impact? I'm thinking about doing so.

I'm trying Terminator: Resistance... as old school FPS is ok, albeit the graphics need manual tweaking in INI (woah, it was long time I didn't dabble in some of this) since Post Processing features in the involved Unreal Engine makes it look like blurry shit.
I like how it manages to capture the anxiety vibes of the franchise.
And the music used is the original one from the movies (1 and 2, seemingly).
I've totally finished The Witcher 3 (<3) and most of my gaming is done in either racing stuff (Forza Horizon 4, 3, F1 2020) or games with a not peculiar end or single player restrained plot (Minecraft, No Man's Sky, Flight Simulator 2020, Human Fall Flat)... I've Hob, The Last Campfire, Windbound, The Flame in the Flood, Wolfenstein Youngblood and Control to play, but any of those right now fail to pick up my interest for single player play time.
I'm playing on and off Genshin Impact... I like the visuals, but I don't care much for all the skills and stuff included. I just go round killing monsters and finding items.

Is Genshin Impact the game that's a Chinese knock-off of Breath of the Wild?
I'm somewhat curious about it.

Yeah.
I actually like the graphics better (I did not like BotW graphic at all, mediocre engine) and there are no stupid weapon degradation&distruction bullshit.
It is free and can be played without paying anything. PC, consoles and Switch.
Only problem to me, aside from a vast smorgarsbord of thingies and skills to upgrade and take care (blah, jrpgs...) is the joypad buttons which are in japanese style (so to confirm you have to press B instead of A and so on. Awful).

REAL japanese style (at least Super Famicom onward) is A (right-most button) to confirm and B (bottom-most button) to cancel. If you are using an XBox controller then it's the reverse, because Microsoft were dickheads, and you're unfairly maligning the Japanese-style.
Anyway, time to download it and play it.

My main gaming these days is going between the Switch and something on the PC with an XBox controller. That confirm/cancel swap is such a huge pain in the ass.
