Pundits have been saying it’s a good game.
But… David Cage…
If only Detroit was PC....
Super Mega Baseball 2 is/was free on XBL Games With Gold.
Read this. It is long, but it is an awesome tale.

It speaks to me a lot, because I am a Nintendo kid and I’ll never deviate from that course. I, too, grew up with the N64.
I was going to buy GTA:V, finally, as something to explore this summer while I have some downtime. The sale I was looking at ended and it was still $60 so I passed. The PS store did have a sale on a bundle pack of GTA 3, Vice City, and San Andreas for $18. The play through of 3 has been pretty fun from a nostalgia and general gameplay perspective. The only thing missing is the daily reports of Drew mowing down four digit numbers of pedestrians.
The Playstation2 bump at the beginning is fun, and the load times are fantastic.
RAM OK
ROM OK...
I fondly remember Drew's tales of the bus loops around the stadium.
I used to love the road that ran below the stadium, parallel to the water - that's where I would drive back and forth with the fire truck, punting vehicles into the ether. Never got old.

In San Andreas i used to love parking up/blocking a busy road/highway and watching the ensuing carnage and explosions etc.
Still do it in GTA V, but traffic isn't as manic now so usually have to resort to grenades etc.
Following up with this....as I had watched like the last 3 hours of that stream and decided to watch the beginning....I'm VERY impressed by the game...interactive movie, whatever you want to call it. IMO it treats this possible scenario more realistically than a lot of hollywood movies.
One thing I like is that it takes place in 2038 but a vast majority of the city looks just like what we'd expect to see today, just with minor changes and enhancements.
I definitely want to see all of the possible versions of the plot now.
