My McLaren is done. I'm finally checking out the decal uploader. The best thing is, someone has usually already uploaded just the thing you need! No effort required!

That McLaren is . I was going to do a Harlequin Golf and someone not only beat me to it, but did a better job than I would have.

Definite lack of license plate images, though...hmm...

I won two races there the other day. But as Godson mentioned, I lost some SR as a result. It's just so narrow in spots, if you're following someone who doesn't get the line right through the high-speed section in the middle of the course, they tag the wall and you tag them. Boom, -SR.

But I really enjoy qualifying there, it's just the actual races that suck.

I was getting tagged by people from everyone who didn't know the line. Turn one, middle section, second to last corner.it was maddening

Yeah, turn 1 I'm on the brakes and grit my teeth to brace for impact.

The Tokyo Expressway Outer Loop, I agree, but the Inner Loop is a bit more managable as it's wider and has a lot more straights. It's really only the middle of the back section that can get iffy, but that depends on the cars and drivers.

Lot of jaggies in that McLaren pic? And lowish polygon counts on certain parts of the car?

Or am i just being too picky?

And yay, campaign mode! Might actually entice me to play the game, as still haven't touched it since launch day.

Thanks man, I can’t wait to see what you’ve got coming.

And yeah, there are a few jaggies there, but the pic is the auto-generated shot the game gives you when you upload a livery, which I retrieved from the community feed on gran-turismo.com. I guess it’s low poly because it’s not meant to show the cars off at their fullest. They look bloody awesome while you’re viewing the 3D model in the livery editor.

So, update is out. Three new cars, a few cosmetic changes. One big problem I notice so far, the yellow flag system has changed. Now a no-passing rule is in effect, and you earn a penalty at the end of the lap for breaking it. Unfortunately, it will detect you passing the car that caused the yellow in the first place...
