Regarding standing vs rolling starts, I did a Nations Cup race last week at Maggiore in Gr2. It was a standing start, so they do have them. You have to hold your brake to avoid getting a jump start, and it feels pretty boss.
I went from 3rd to 2nd because the guy on pole completely bottled it and half-spun on the green light!
