My girl is going to Belgium in a few weeks. I wonder if she'll take me.
The time has finally arrived....leaving on Saturday to go to Manila for a week and pick up my gf/future fiancee, then we're going to Tokyo for a week.
This honestly has been a very long, time consuming and expensive setup...getting her passport and visa to Japan set up was a PITA, but finally everything is coming together.
She's never been outside of the Philippines and she's going to be blown away by the experience, I'm sure
In fact the whole reason why we started chatting (we both work for the same company) is because she saw the pics I took from my Japan vacation last year, it's been her dream to visit there.
I'm planning to propose to her at Tokyo DisneySea which may seem like an odd choice unless you've actually visited there, it is a very romantic place...it even has its own wedding pavilion inside the park.

Sorry, I didn't realize I would be getting the 3rd degree on this.
This isn't some random chick I found on some website. She's a co-worker in our Philippines office. She and I have a lot of mutual friends as I've visited the office there several times over the years. She was actually working there in 2013 when I visited but I didn't know her yet. If I wanted some random philippine chick to marry, I would have done it LOOOONG ago.
This girl just happens to be the right girl for me. We have a ton in common, she doesn't think I'm rich, knows I live in a small apartment. Plus her mother and older sister are bankers, they have more money than me I'm pretty sure.
I've met her whole family and several friends...they all think I'm great
