A French Nintendo fan Twitter account posted saying that it showed up under suggested apps on Nintendo.com, with a November 8 release date. Others are reporting based on that, and others saying that they saw it, too. This kind of thing is incredibly easy to fake, and also easy for Nintendo to fix, and another game was apparently leaked in this fashion previously.
I don't even get suggestions to come up anywhere on the site.

The fact that it didn't launch with something as simple as Youtube is pretty staggering. Does it have a web browser?
No. But given the horrific battery life it's probably better to watch YT etc. on your phone anyway.
