Huh, looks like I get to join the elite few where the game somehow lost track of stats. I'm showing 62 of 63 exhibitions completed, but they're all finished. Means I cannot get completion achievements, at least according to the 30 or so other people who posted about the same problem on Forza's forums. At least I have the 599 FFX, though.
Could have sworn I saw you get the "complete all exhibitions" achievement on the Xbox news feed. Either way that is incredibly annoying. Sorry to hear
I did grab the 599xx with an hour to spare last night.
I randomly picked a circuit race in Surfer's Paradise. It was cross country. My Ferrari 488 GTB was not having it. I had to find another race
Also, if you get in at the wrong time, it feels like freakin' forever to just get one race in online. I joined at the start of the last race of a championship. So wait out all three laps, then player rewards, then championship standings and rewards, then adventure vote, then pick car, then drive to event.... Oh my god just for one race

My brother was over last night and I demoed the game for him (that means I forced him to play it) so I gave him my stupidly fast WRX off-roader and he drove through one speed camera trap and it awarded me the car.
I don't know how that works, because I'm not a Live subscriber. But it shows how easy it is to get the car.
