Had an EMG (Electro muscle test thingy) to see what sort of nerve damage I had, and what triggers my muscle cramps randomly.

Current results were all over the place. The team of doctors think it's all due to scar tissue blocking some neural pathways.

    We don't really know yet.

    You talking about wheat grass?

Try to get more potassium from bananas or avacado or whatever... hope that’ll ease the cramping?

    Hang in there dude!

It's neural. No amount of water or minerals will help if scar tissue is blocking synaptic junctions.

I had the emg performed because I have already attempted all of that, up to and including additional supplementation to make sure I was getting what I needed. It still occured.

Next step is to get an MRI of my lumbosacral area to get a better understanding of what is going on.

I have passed my trained eye over your description of the symptoms and I think I know what happened:

You crashed your bike and smashed your pelvis into a thousand pieces.

No need for an MRI, as I’ve figured it out! I trust that you’ll find my expert diagnosis to be useful.

    How's the hip?

We've had a peculiar flu season.
Half a day or shorter cases.
How one can know if one is well.

It's pretty naughty right now, but that is changing in 6 days when I have the entire joint replaced on the 7th of december.

I'm really looking forward to it
