I'm curious who called the police on Sterling, and what he was actually doing before the cops showed up. It wouldn't be the first (and certainly won't be the last) that a person had the cops called on them by an 'enemy', or worse, a nosy racist person. All the cops knew heading into the situation was 'guy waving a gun around' or something, right? Yet interviews with witnesses all say he was just hanging out doing his normal cd selling thing. So we have Sterling possibly doing nothing of note, approached by hyped up cops... and then bad decisions on top of bad decisions end up with an unnecessary death.

    You mean something like this?

People are fucking stupid, and unfortunately, innocent (presumed anyway) pay for it. This case it was just an "oops, we're sorry". But it's hard to apologize for shooting holes in someone doing (seemingly) nothing wrong.

I read this morning that a homeless man had been pestering him for money, and that he drew his gun and told the homeless guy to stop asking and leave. The homeless man did, then called the police reporting that Sterling had pulled a gun on him.

At least two offices shot at a Black Lives Matter protest in Dallas today/tonight.

Protest was in response to the shooting in Baton Rouge.

It's really ironic that we are having such intense racial tensions while having a black man in the White House!

Obama really should do something about this before he leaves office...

probably not the best place to bring it up but if anything i feel that Obama has made race relations worse.

Its not because omg black president but because he will quickly comment on an incident such as these or even the Harvard Professor situation without letting all the facts play out. same thing we're seeing right now and basically every time an officer involved shooting hits the main media outlets. in the Harvard thing the President basically said the cops were stupid because they responded to a 911 call about a burglary and then arrested him. of course white cop black professor.

I agree that Obama has made race relations worse, but not because of that...just because he was elected.

they have a photo of one apparently.

Though now its being reported the guy in the photo was just a person of interest and turned himself into Dallas PD. \

11 officers shot. 4 have died.
