Rape is tricky. It's like racism. Some things are rape, and some things are racism, but not everything that victimizes or marginalizes a person is rape or racism.

Imo, coercion qualifies, even if the person in question didn't intend to coerce. If you have to convince someone to have sex with you, it gets into some real grey areas.
