    There's a few possible reasons for this...it could even be sleep apnea...I know because I have that, and when I'd go to wake up I'd go to pee because I'd also drink a lot of liquid later at night. Once I got the sleep apnea controlled (a CPAP machine which I HATE) I stopped having the problem.

    Celery will help you pee more and relax more so you can sleep better...

    Vitamin D(sun light) can also help fight depression.

    Anyway, Pimpie, don't eat too much celery before bed unless you wish to pee on your bed!

    Went to the doctor last Tuesday. Had a chest x-ray, blood work and my "oil checked"(aka prostate exam). Heard back from them on Friday and the nurse said the results were "remarkably normal". In other words my ass is just getting older and the forty plus lbs I've lost this year was something that just happened and I didn't realize I was working that hard at it.

    That is still there and will probably never change.

    All blood work and CT scan came back not showing anything abnormal. Onward and upward or something like that.
