My gal has been looking at jobs postings back in Canada. There is just not anything available that even comes close to the position she has here. It has to be worth our while in order for us to move. She recently saw an open position for what looks like a very interesting, high-profile, US-based, possibly-high-paying position that she was interested in. She won't apply because she's intimidated by it.
