Latest rumors, the real RB13 won't be seen until the last test day. What we are a seeing is a 12'ed 13, if that makes sense.

As for the shark fin. RB wanted to have it banned under "aesthetics" reasons. Which, as translated by more tech versed people, means that for a number for years RBR have learned to massively rake the car in order to, among other things, control yaw, the shark fin is a shortcut to that end, and it will give teams that don't have the expertise in controlling corner movement by intricate suspension/aero a step up in that direction.

This I think would partly explain the spectacular recovery by Verstappen in the wet last year, the RB12 was very fast under conditions that made everyone else very slow.

If this shark fin equalizes things in the midfield, then it's going to be a welcomed addition. A question, however, why doesn't the Mercedes have the full fin and instead has that weird little moustache?
