Ducati's got an interesting new front fairing. It's being dubbed the "Hammerhead" (I wonder how you say that in Italian)

If you mean the Hammerhead Shark... well, that's Squalo Martello o Squalo Testa a Martello.
Hammer = Martello, Head = Testa.

And that thing is ugly as fuck.

I was going to start watching MotoGP this year, then I just found out that when my cable company got bought out, the new one moved the channel to their most expensive "get every single channel" package. Meh.

Well if you just want to watch MotoGP exclusively, get a web subscription. If you want beIN Sports so you can watch MotoGP, WSBK, Motoamerica & The World Rallycross Championship, then get Directv as it's only a $14/mo extra (with a bunch of other stick & ball networks I never watch as well).

As for the Duc fairing, best of the bunch as far as I'm concerned. These are supposed to be prototype race bikes after all. As it is now, they barely look different then a superbike and I'm sure the casual fan wouldn't be able to tell the difference... unless they were very keen on spotting headlamp decals.

That's Superbike's fault (polemic by me, mind). I hope Dorna moves its arse and makes WSBK what should it be: Superstock.
