This looks AMAZING.
They have to keep all consoles locked at the same FPS. So my 3 year old Xbox One can compete with a brand new Xbox One X. And a PS4 can compete with a PS4 Pro. It would be a huge advantage in PvP for one person to be at 60 FPS and another at 30 FPS. It would kill their console sales if they allowed that to happen.
But the benefit you will get is that the more powerful machines will be able to run native 4K.
