Yeah I'm not particularly torn up with not running @ 60 fps. Doesn't bug me now. #shrug

I don't know why I thought Bungie games typically ran at 60 fps, that's been a CoD thing. Correct?
Get that weak shit off my track
Doesn't bother me personally. I was just a bit surprised.
No new information on The Darkness or The Exo Stranger in Destiny 2.
Heh I've always thought Joseph Staten (the lead Bungie writer for Destiny) did know what The Darkness was -- and that Jason Jones' leadership team ripped it out from under him. Kookie.Originally Posted by Bungie Game Director Luke Smith

As anybody who played Vanilla Destiny the story was complete crap. I'm fine with "starting over" with a more coherent story line.
Definitely, it was a complete decentralizing of a single-threaded tale. It was the teams' attempt to sew together a box of corn flakes by the time of release.
Jason Jones wanted players to go "open world" on the Solar System -- and what JJ wants, JJ gets.
(But it doesn't sound like they're starting over per se; just that Luke Smith is directing the writing team to present a much more coherent villain the next time The Darkness is referenced.)
This is interesting, because I thought the light was literally what we as a race were, like 'our story's if you will.
I'm interested to hear what they actually call the darkness.
The Darkness.
The Taken King grimoire cards were descriptive enough, I thought. A malevolent will, a voice like a deity speaking to Oryx -- and all the implied galaxy-crushing weight behind it.Originally Posted by Destinypedia.com
