Funny thing is they are simultaneously going after the same harder hitting, less rules aspect they did the first time 'round, and the "good character" angle to contrast the racist, precieved 'thug' image of the NFL.
This is "Make Football Great Again" at its fullest. They are pretending this is taking the politics out of football, when it's anything but.
