I want to play audio to an AirPort from my PC's browser.
Anyone know an easy way to do this for free? I have Win7. I can play audio from iTunes just fine, but I would like to use other apps too.

I don't think you can - I think the only way you can do that is with iTunes. There is no generic X -> Airport interface for Windows... though it's built into OSX.
