I was going to make a Star Trek reference to my wife, but I knew she would not get it, so I stopped myself.

I finally finished up with The Original Series/Movies in my complete Trek watch, and now on to The Next Generation <3

I barely watched any of TOS before, so it was interesting. Some episodes were good, a lot have not held up at all. I really liked The first, second, and sixth movie, the others not so much.

I enjoyed Enterprise’s 3 and 4th seasons quite a bit. Discovery S1 and 2 were a lot better than I expected, outside of the Klingon designs. Can’t wait for 3 and 4, but I’m going chronologically.

Hit season 2 of TNG, and just watched The Measure of a Man. I think it will always be one of, if not my absolute, favorite Star Trek episodes. It’s an incredibly simple story, but is just the best of Trek in one episode as they debate ethics and the concept of what is life, in the context of Data’s ‘freedom’
