Those islands have already been practically destroyed, it's absolutely heart breaking to see, and now Jose on top of that. I hope we provide assistance in any way we can.

Looks like late Sunday for you, drew. Stay safe!
Whoomah!
Yep. 5am-12pm Monday for "the show".
Current track shows it just west of us, with 5-12" rain and gusts in the 70-90mph range. But that could "improve" if it shifts further west. We've got all our supplies, moving somethings to more interior rooms and taking pictures/video of everything today/tomorrow.
Maybe I'll get an SS out of it.

He makes a strong point about flooding and storm surge, so maybe re-evaluate your plans based on the flood pattern in your area, drew (and Glenn, et al).
Whoomah!
We're in Zone "E", out of an "A-F" scale. We're also on the third floor.
That being said, the latest projected path puts it a little further west than yesterday's. So...
It will be an assload of rain, and pretty significant winds (they've also backed off the forecasted "80-90mph" gusts for us, due to the westward shift).
But, it's still more than 48 hours away, and shit can change quickly.
75 and 95 are complete parking lots. I'm actually more concerned for those folks, whether they'll actually get anywhere before the shit hits the fan...
Our friends in Palm Coast just left a few hours ago. I was looking at Traffic on GMaps and it doesn't look horrendous other than near Orlando for some reason. Not saying you're wrong as I've sat in that traffic near your place on a normal day.
Yesterday, 75 was red/shit from Miami to Atlanta.
They're showing parking lot shots here all day so far.
So, fuck that.
If it continues as it is going now, it will miss the major cities at least with a direct hit....indirectly will hit Miami, Orlando, Tampa.
