    Regarding Duke energy...I was reading the angry tweets for a few days about never seeing any utility trucks. Duke replied to one of them saying they have planes and drones assessing things....like really?

    Yeah that's common, for the main distro lines that go through hundreds of miles of remote countryside. They do assessments by air.

    In town is a different story.
