    Sports Ball

Do we have a generic sports thread?

I see that LeBron beat the Celtics in game 7 today. He played all 48 minutes. What the hell does he eat for breakfast?

Love him or hate him, he is the greatest. Probably of all time.

Now it’s up to Golden State to do their part and give us Part IV of the GS-CLE saga.

The best info I can find for his diet recently:

"Before competition for me would be like a chicken breast and maybe a little pasta. The carbs help because you're going out and playing a lot of minutes," James said. "But a salad and some veggies will have me perfectly fine. And before the game, I might have a protein shake and some fruit, and I'll be ready to go. But as far as pies or pizza and sandwiches and French fries—I can't. I'll wait for that after the game. I can't do that before the game."

So basically we can eat anything... because most of us don't have to worry about any games.

Game 2 was pretty good for 3.x quarters, deserves a post
Game 1 was borderline epic. If it happened to be a Game 7 it would go down as one of the all-time great games
Can't speak for the rest of the world, but the most of the championships (NBA, World Series and Super Bowl) have been solid or flat out great the last couple of years. The Stanley Cup this year has been good as well.

Rooting (in a very lazy way) for England. But we know they won’t win - ever.

Good time for a sports ball thread, as the world ball of sports cups is happening from this very weekend.

Who’s nationality-based faction are you rooting for?
