    Probably not, considering the events in the movie were based on reality, that Coors didn't exist beyond Texas so much of the country didn't really have access to it.

    Coors didn't cross the Mississippi until 1986. So I'm guessin it didn't help them all that much.

    Nowadays a brilliant marketing genius would have used the movie to launch nationwide in 1978.
