If you could...
I have been pondering about this for some time.
If you could have any VEHICLE you used to own, but no longer do, what with it be? Why?
For fun, what is over car you owned that you don't miss at all? Why?

I'd very much like to have the E24 M6 back. It was a really fantastic car with a lot of potential that I didn't have the resources to put towards an effort to make it great. I sold it before moving to WI so I wouldn't have to trailer it to WI and garage it once I was there. It's in better hands now but I miss it.
I don't care for the '85 Corolla I had in high school. Very uninspiring car; a true appliance.

Well, I don't own that many cars..., but 2 cars come to mind with your questions...
I'd like to have my '07 TSX back. It's almost like a roomier and more luxurious S2000. We traded it in for a bigger SUV because we got tired of bending over to carry the baby seat in and out of the middle bench seat... In retrospect, should've kept it. It also seems to have an ageless look... to me, at least.
The car I don't miss at all would be '98 Escort Sedan. Bought it because I accumulated $4000 worth of rebate on my Ford creditcard so I got a pretty loaded Escort for less than $10k. Thought I got a good deal..., but the car was lousy to drive and not comfortable to sit in... not very fuel efficient nor was it very reliable... well, late in its life I gave it to my dad to drive and he didn't pay attention to coolant level so it ended its life with a cracked header. I don't think it reached its 10th birthday...

I miss my MX-5, even though I barely fit in the thing. I'm just too tall for that kind of car, but it was just a blast to drive.
I, thankfully, haven't had a car that I really didn't like, so I can't say that I don't miss any of them. Other than the MX-5, I had an '88 Corolla GT-S, '90 Celica GT, and '00 Celica GT-S. They were all pretty fun in their own ways.

If it was reliable, my 306 GTI-6. Loved that car. it was just a pile of French guesswork about electrical items

'87 Olds Toronado. Why would I want it back? Because I loved the hell out of that POS.

Weirdly - Probably my 1st car, a 1980 Toyota Corolla. I think its probably just nostalgia, but in my memory that thing was like a zippy little go-cart that I could fix with a hammer and would stop on a dime. It cost $200 from my aunt who had bought it new and would drip red all over the pavement when it rained due to the sea-air oxidation it got when she lived in Huntington Beach through the late 80s. Seemed like it weighed about 500lbs wet, and after I adjusted the valves (for maybe the 1st time since it left Japan) it was surprisingly quick.
I occasionally browse ebay motors and craigslist in fits of nostalgia, but I don't have the slightest idea what I would do with one if I pulled the trigger - Not fast enough to do any kind of racing, not interesting enough for anyone to care if I showed up at a cruise night, and not comfortable or mpg-ey enough for daily driving.

Relaxing and enjoying life
my first MR2 (of the 3 that I've owned)....the Turquoise 1993 N/A. I'd repaint it silver and swap in a 4th gen 3S-GTE turbo

Spiny beast
Would like to have again: My 1997 MX-5 Miata M-Edition. It was just plain fun, even if it made all of 115 wheel horsepower.
Wouldn't want to have again: I haven't had anything that was really terrible. My 1985 Accord LX would probably be the least desired due to safety advances (airbags, crash protection, brakes, etc).

While I enjoyed the heck out of all the vehicles I've owned, I probably would not take any of them back; mostly because I have a different lifestyle now. There are lots of great cars out there that I have not owned yet.
