I really think Vettel will crack under pressure from a young challenger again.
I made Leclerc 3 more than I had originally guessed a few months ago: lot's of folks are saying he's way better than Kimi (who would have finished close to Vettel last year if he didn't have an extra 3 DNFs).
HAM and BOT got lowered by 2 because Ferrari looked so strong in testing and Kubica -2 because Williams looks so bad. Kimi also got lowered as the midfield teams all look much stronger this year.
It's certainly tempting to wait for FP1 and FP2, but the first two teams already look like top picks (dodint with Mercedes and FaF with two top cars + two solid midfielders)
Binotto is a more revered figured inside Ferrari than Maurizio ever was, and I think Ferrari is throwing the whole team effort behind Vettel's attempt; pretty sure this is his last chance. So no, I don't think Charles has been given a long leash yet, not in his first year. Both Binotto and him would want to create a lasting relationship within the team, they are the newcomers.
acket.
I've never picked HAM before. I figure if I'm going to be miserable I might as well hedge my bet.
