Your favourite game of the decade?
For this topic we'll go with Dec 31 2009 to Dec 31 2019. Decadeish enough.
Anyway, since i copied this idea from another forum, here's what i posted there:
Red Dead Redemption 1 is my GOTD. Before Rockstar got greedy and all player vs. playery, thus screwing up online in subsequent games (RDR2 and GTA).
Still the best storyline/game ending i've ever seen, and the gameplay was very addictive, and online mode (friendly free roam) was the best online mode in any game i've ever played. No trolls or anything (not to today's standards). Spent so many hours in that game, and there was plenty to do online with collecting of things, missions and so on.
Game i played the longest was probably GTA V (offline), as played the PS3 version and platinumed it, then got the PS4 version and played through the story one or two more times.
And honourable mentions for best game, in no particular order:
- Mad Max
- Gran Turismo 5 and 6
- The Last Of Us?
- GTA V (offline mode only - online sucks, for what they've made it into)
- Forza Horizon 3 (because Australia)
- Uncharted 3 and 4
And possibly some i've missed.

Rocket League, and it's not even close.

I was ready to type Breath of the Wild before the thread had even loaded.

Excellent topic for a thread tho
I’m sure there’s so much to talk about. It could keep us going for ten years.

Favourite game of the last ten years would be more accurate, or at least neutral.

What does the Bat say?
Breath of the Wild and Xenoblade Chronicles 2
Both have recency bias in my mind though, but also I didn't play as many games early in the decade as I did later.

I'd have to say Elders' Scrolls V: Skyrim, although The Witcher 3 comes very very close to it (and actually surpasses it, but Skyrim was out first).
I didn't play Skyrim, I lived in it.

Little one
I play such childish games, but when our Wii was up, I loved playing Scooby Doo First Frights. Little Big Planet was fun too.

I'm having a hell of a time coming up with an answer, but if I base it on play time alone, it's a toss up between Rocksmith, Rock Band, Forza Horizon, Stardew Valley, and Cook! Serve! Delicious!!.
