Hey, that's great, the situation's improving there! It was 68.1% back on the 12th!

In the meantime, the governor there still maintains that masks aren't effective and resists basically any countermeasures to slow the spread - https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/...s-south-dakota

Bloomberg report (picked up by other media) came out on toilet paper and bacon shortages in the US. Still no mention of "showing symptoms of a failed state." I wonder why??!!

We had a record high day for new cases two days ago, and new restrictions went in place yesterday to try to stop the climb.

So of course the people who own the house behind us are renting it out for a huge party.

Patriotism in the US seems to be more about exercising an individual’s freedom than doing the right thing for the country.

Life liberty and pursuit of happiness is individual focused and it is the American way.

However, the patriotic thing to do is to ask yourself what you can do for your country.

Conservatives just like to preserve the American way, doesn’t matter if ‘few’ lives are lost due to guns or virus...

Patriotic? I think not. American? Yes.

Anyway, Americans are not all bad and selfish, special thanks to Dolly Parton’s million bucks and lots of courageous freedom loving Americans who are not afraid of the virus which resulted in a speedy vaccine development!

What the hell did you just say?

Bruh, you literally just said one thing, and then gave a counter argument.

    Yes I did.

I’m still prolife and prochoice too.

Pro life doesn’t mean I have to give up choice and prochoice doesn’t mean I have to give up life. I like to have both thank you very much.

Patriotism: acting for the success of the country
Freedom: acting for the success of yourself

    Pro choice: pro abortion
    Pro life: anti abortion

The first two terms have been mangled by anti-mask freedom lovers in the USA this year.

All four of them were mangled by Billi in posts in this thread.
