I think it looks OK as long as it comes with big rims and you look at it from the right angle. Plus, hey, old cars used to have vertical grilles like that!

We've been ... pre- conditioned by the Lexus predator grill and various Audi grills recently. I'm appalled that i'm not immediately feeling revulsion at that. Merely an "ewww!"

They should have saved it for the M4 only. It might work there, but it's shit on a base model.
By the way, I've completely defended the other new grills. Even the X7 looks good IMO. They're all pretty much smaller than their rivals.

Yeah, I hate the floating dot thing. A more traditional grill or vertical slats like BMW used to have would be better.
