So far I've installed four games and 43% of my HD is used up. Two of them(Assassins Creed) were downloads but GTAV and Forza 5 are on discs and it installed them by default. Is this normal?

I don't think so - there can't be 215gb between those four games.

Turns out there was 140 gb used to store those four games. External HD a good investment?

I'd say. I've got a 3TB external HDD and I'm currently sitting at 2.8TB free, with Forza 5, Destiny, Horizon 2, Titanfall, Watch Dogs, Wolfenstein, Tomb Raider and a slew of other little freebie games on there.

What does the Bat say?
Yeah, each next gen game installs, and takes like 20-50gb of space from what I can tell. Freaking brutal.
Hopefully there's some deals for the Forza games, though I'd really like to see a Forza 5 with all the DLC included since it's been out a while.

Just be careful, there's a Forza 5 "Game of the Year Edition" that doesn't live up to the name. I'd avoid it if the "standard" game is cheaper. Apparently the little bit of extra content they DO give you is already free. WTF

I bought Forza used. I was goofing around with it last night and noticed that they offer six car pack DLCs for $49.99. That's more than I paid for the game.

Finally broke down and got one. Came with some Assassin's Creed games I didn't really care about, but I picked up the new GTA V and Madden 15 for now. Not sure if I'll bother with Forza 5 as I found the first Horizon game a lot more fun, so when I do get a driving game I'll probably go with FH2.
