I was surprised to learn that the xbone isn't out here yet, and won't be until October, I think.

That's how much attention I've paid to the next console generation.

FWIW, I finished the single player campaign on Forza, played a while online and found it full of douchebags, and haven't touched my Xbox One in about two months.

I have no doubt it'll be an awesome console in a year or so, but I wouldn't rush to buy it.

Microsoft will begin selling the XBox One without a Kinect for $400.

They are also overhauling Xbox Live in that now you will not need a Gold account to use Netflix and other apps.
