The Spirit is really an Eagle and one hell of a find.
Is this our BringATrailer thread? I can't find one.

Holy balls, I want this. This color combo is soooo right. If it was a '94-95 I'd be even more tempted to pay stupid money for it. Good thing I don't have stupid money. KillerB, you in?
Hnnnnngghh.
Really tempting. I'm going to keep an eye on the auction, but I'd really rather an FC Turbo II or an FD.
It's nowhere near as much as I expected at this point. Maybe there will be a last minute bidding war but I haven't seen a lot of that in the few BaT auctions I've paid attention to. I'm actually really tempted to bid if it doesn't go up a fair bit. My main concern is the rusty exhaust and mics bits underneath. Having to service any of those parts would probably mean drilling shit out and replacing the part anyway; or am I just being a paranoid Californian? I just did an oil change on my 172k mile Turbo and it's way cleaner than that car underneath.

Uhh, yeah, it went for over $17k. The time to get into 80s and 90s Japanese sports cars was a few years ago, methinks.
I’ll take an S2000, STi, or Evo VIII as a consolation prize if FDs get too crazy and FCs are just too hard to find in any condition.
