I love that Olds wagon. That paint job is a thing of beauty.

I'd love to see an interior shot on that wagon. The paint is pretty amazing!
I'm hunting for my Z4, planning to buy next month. But I did a last ditch sweep of other interesting cars to see if anything else out there can pique my interest. It's going to sound absurd, but I love this car:
1997 Ford Thunderbird LX - $6,900
This thing is well optioned, hyper clean, cheap, and basically the peak version of the Thunderbird of my youth. And Rusty was my favorite NASCAR driver. My uncle had one from the generation before when he lived with us when I was about 7 years old. It has the same modular 4.6L V8 that my SVT Cobra had.
Main downside is that I can't Time Trial it like I can the Z4; and it's pretty much too nice to use as a winter car. It's also a bit on the long side for daily city driving; but, I've always loved big coupes and could overcome that pretty easily.
If this thing is still there in mid-September it will have to be put into the decision matrix.
I should qualify a statement; the V8 here is the 2V version and gets only 205hp.
But you could always install a 4V head if you wanted, couldn't you?
KillerB, nice to see you again. Still have the Mazda B-Series truck?
I really like that '70 International pickup.
No radio for you!
This rearview mirror looked like the USS Enterprise at first glance...

Thats a pretty decent Packard, assuming that its not secretly disintegrating from rust. Should have the 356ci straight 8 - has 9 main bearings, and idles at something like 300 rpm.
