I'm getting quotes from Real Estate agents.
Need to sell both my late mum's houses. The nice house she lived in, and the little rental property.
She lived in a small town an hour's drive north of where I live. If it was local, I'd probably move there because her house is way nicer than mine. But the commute would kill my social / gym life.
Also if she lived locally, I'd just private sell the places myself. But the logistics of showing people through a house an hour away isn't going to be easy.
So looks like the agents will get a piece of flesh from me.

Sounds about right to me.
