Brrrr...
My furnace died last night. Glad I paid for serious insulation when I bought this place, but it still got down to 52 degrees overnight. Also glad it didn't die 2 weeks ago when we had daily highs in the 0's.

Why the hell can't people who are supposedly professional JEE programmers not work in Linux, at all?
JEE servers are usually Linux or UNIX based, especially in high capacity, high availability environments. Sigh.
Today I saw my aunt and uncle for the first time in thirty years. I wish it had been under better circumstances. Unfortunately it wasn't because last Friday my cousin lost his wife of 23 years. They met in 1984 and hadn't spent a day apart from each other since the late '80's. Life really sucks a bowl of dicks sometimes.
Don't be the 100th luftballon.

Is it bad that I'm developing a 'thing' for Brandi from Storage Wars?
numbers bad at work? you get fired.
tag someone with the clamp on a forklift while turning around? no problem you'll be back on a lift the next day.
At my last job the head of the shipping department was on a stand-up lift and almost ran into someone. He got three days off of work.
At the current job the main fork lift driver is a temp who drives too damn fast for as small of a space as we have.
