Rust in Peace tour. Best MD album...best lineup, too? (Haven't listened to much of Dave's stuff since the late 90s/early 00s).

Yeah, I'd say Rust was their best record, and that lineup was definitely the best.
Regarding "Fuck me runnin'." - That's the only possible reaction to what you posted. I've been saying that ever since the Hidden Treasures ep came out. Which, come to find out - is 21 years ago. Jesus.

And Nick did seem like a nice guy, survived years in Megadeth, got shafted and still didn't have much bad to say about Dave.
And he is not that old (a tiny bit older than me). He was probably less of the hard rock life than most.
Still must have been an amazing roller coaster of a life...
