So we might as well get this thing going. I'll start with the biggest news in the media right now around football.
Glad they left out a murder/suicide from not to long ago.

Well said. I'm stealing that.
Get that weak shit off my track
Bills are on their 4th DC in four years. That's a recipe for success, right?
So, the Bucs unveiled a new logo and helmet design the other day.
In keeping with tradition set by other teams recently such as the Cardinals, Lions, Dolphins, Jaguars, Panthers, they make a few minor changes and hope to sell tons of new merchandise to people who are gullible and want to have the "latest thing"
I wonder how well that works, as you always see people wearing old jerseys of players who aren't even on the team anymore when you go to games. I mean, shit, ~5 years ago, I went to a Bears pre-season game and saw a guy wearing a fucking Cade McNown jersey, and he was a 1 year bust from 9 years earlier.
It only works on a certain percentage of people, but it's not like it really costs the team any extra money (they have to get new stuff anyway, and will put old stuff on clearance, because Nike and their other partners will come out with new lines/designs anyway), and they will get more money from the people it works on.

Speaking of clearance, several years ago I was tempted to buy a David Terrell Bears jersey that I saw in a Marshall's as a gag gift for a friend, but they still wanted something like $40 for it.
HOW DOES A WIDE RECEIVER LEAD THE TEAM IN FALSE STARTS!?!??!
