This cars were so incredible do drive! If I remember well, our 7th gear was for 255mph and we hit the rev limiter on it many times during the race. Like Tom told @JonBeekhuis, the car was great and we were moving forward. I forgot Patrick came from a lap back!.

I strarted w 3/4 inch rear gurney but could not complete the pass and I knew Brack was committed to W that day , him passing and me re-passing helped the field to stay in contact
By now I lowered down my DF to a 1/2 inch rear gurney and working my bars and WJ [weight jacker] to see how I could keep it pinned for the first 5L and get a gap while others where fighting
I always preferred the outside line to pass on an oval to give u more options center off I had learned it from my many Bfast w Rick Mears USA oval master ... this was an example
I had it pinned on the floor 230+MPH for the first 5 L I wanted to see if I could gap Kenny and the others but .....

It was great to race against @MichelJourdain and Pat Carpantier, total respect between the three of us in those final laps. It wasn’t @tagliani finest moment, I was a wee bit upset with him afterwards!! I’ve got over it though, he’s a top man.

What I remember is that going into the last lap I was exactly were I wanted to be, I knew @dariofranchitti would pass us and I would pass Patrick, but then @tagliani went by us and that was not part of the plan!
