    No matter how many times I rewatch, it's unlikely that I'll ever 'crack the code' that stops the flag falling - that keeps Gilles & Didier chasing each other around #Imola in perpetuity.



    But on a good day I can evoke that kid, awestruck in front of his grandmother's TV - Sunday, 25th April 1982.

    First time shooting @IMSA at @WeatherTechRcwy was in 1987. Miss the old Turn 2 which went left, and left, and more left, and had a k-wall and earth embankment to bring an immediate halt to those who got the entry wrong. Road racing's version of Turn 1 at Indy. Brutal.
